Job Description
We are seeking a SAP ABAP Consultant – (Vistex Integration) for a 6‑12 months contract in Cypress, CA.
Strong SAP ABAP programming skills with minimum 7 years of experience in application development utilizing ABAP
At least 2 full life‑cycle SAP implementations using a recognized methodology required.
Practical experience with programming Function Modules, SmartForms, Object‑Oriented ABAP, BOR, User Exits, Enhancements, Reports and Dialog Programming required.
Good knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies (ALE/IDocs, EDI, BAPIs, flat‑file interfaces).
Integration experience via IDOCs.
Vistex integration experience required.
A strong understanding of modern enhancement techniques using BAdIs and/or the Enhancement Framework required.
Concentrated focus in development related to Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) or Financial Accounting/Controlling (FI/CO) preferred.
IS‑Retail experience preferred. CRM, Upgrade and/or Solution Manager experience a plus.
Knowledge of the ASAP project methodology or a related project methodology. Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
PI or PO experience would be a big plus.
Qualifications
Strong SAP ABAP with Vistex and all related experience listed above.
