About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis L3 Consultant to join a long-term transformation program supporting SAP S/4HANA initiatives for a global consumer goods organization. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, S/4HANA migrations, system upgrades, and HANA database management in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
Perform system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Administer and optimize SAP HANA databases.
Manage transport landscapes and Basis operations across environments.
Support SAP BW and APO LiveCache systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on SAP Basis experience in large enterprise environments.
Proven experience with S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Cincinnati, OH.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
