SAP FICO End-to-End Transformation & AMS Leader
Location: Cleveland, OH – Hybrid
Experience: 15+ Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Transformation & AMS Leader to lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation and application support for a global process manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP Finance transformation from strategy, design and implementation through migration, go-live, stabilization and AMS .
Drive S/4HANA Finance and ECC modernization , global template design and fit-to-standard initiatives.
Lead SAP FI/CO across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA/Margin Analysis and Treasury .
Drive finance process transformation across R2R, P2P, O2C, Product Costing, Tax and Financial Close .
Lead AMS operations, SLA/KPI governance, escalations, continuous improvement and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong transformation and solution architecture leadership.
Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations/transformation programs .
Strong S/4HANA Finance and ECC expertise.
Strong FI/CO configuration and business process knowledge.
Experience in process/manufacturing industry , including product costing, inventory valuation, production variances and profitability.
Strong experience with SAP Activate, data migration, testing, cutover, governance and AMS .
Excellent executive communication and global stakeholder management skills.
SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification preferred.
