Job description
EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP IS-U customer service design and delivery for utility transformations in the US. You will own the customer service workstreams, define target service models, translate requirements into scalable SAP IS-U solutions, and coordinate across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure solution quality and operational readiness.
