Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant to join our team and drive excellence in utility billing and financial processes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP IS-U FICA, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that support business goals.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IS-U FICA modules
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver optimal solutions
Conduct system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user training
Provide expert guidance on process improvements and best practices
Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with standards
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA
Strong understanding of utility industry processes and billing cycles
Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in both agile and traditional project environments
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
