Job description
Strong hands-on experience is required in:
QM Master Data
QM Notifications
QM Cost Management
QM Inspections
Batch Management
Usage Decision
DMR (Document Management/Defect Management Reporting, as applicable)
Integration with SAP modules such as EWM , PP , MM , and others
Must possess a solid understanding of SAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry .
Experience in collaborating with the ABAP team for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
Ability to configure SAP QM solutions for new developments, business requirements, and rollout projects .
Well-versed in IT service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management .
