SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Remote U.S.
As a member of the Business Systems team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives across the Business Systems transformation portfolio.
This role ensures successful execution of program planning, delivery, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions across sites and functions. The SAP S/4HANA Project Manager drives governance, cross-functional alignment, and risk mitigation to ensure predictable outcomes and sustained business value.
Location: Remote U.S.
Salary Range: $136,700 - $182,300 plus bonus opportunity

Your Challenge:
Own the overall SAP S/4HANA program plan including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management
Lead integrated planning across process, technology, change management, data, and testing workstreams
Manage SAP implementation partners, internal teams, and functional leaders to ensure execution follows standards and governance
Coordinate business process alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other domains
Drive issue resolution, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and leadership escalations
Ensure business readiness by collaborating with OCM, training, and readiness teams
Lead and coordinate all workshops with key resources
Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover validation for quality and traceability
Lead cutover planning and execution for a smooth transition into SAP S/4HANA
Track and report program progress, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership
Ensure alignment with related digital programs such as IBP, MES, PLM, QMS, CRM, and PPM
· Business travel as needed
Key Working Relationships:
Business Systems leadership; SAP partners; program and project managers; site and functional leaders; Business Process Owners (BPOs); OCM team; training and readiness teams; testing teams; enterprise architecture; data teams; SAP COE and change champions.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA
Strong program management skills including planning, governance, scheduling, and coordination
Experience managing SAP Activate methodology and full S/4HANA lifecycle
Understanding of SAP functional domains such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, and IBP
Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence capabilities
Experience working in matrixed and complex manufacturing environments
Experience leading and developing teams in a transformation environment
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification preferred
Experience working in Aerospace and Defense preferred
