About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled
About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled SAP Solution Engineer to join our team. This is a high-impact role supporting our enterprise financial systems, where you’ll be responsible for SAP configuration, lifecycle implementations, and supporting the transformation from ECC to S/4HANA in a cloud-based environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to partner with business users to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
Must-Have Skills
SAP FICO configuration experience (functional/config, not development).
2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprint ? hypercare).
Deep understanding of finance business processes.
Strong experience with 1–2 SAP FICO submodules (GL, AR, AP, CO, PCA, CCA, COPA).
Ability to gather business requirements, translate into configuration tasks, and own the full config cycle in SAP IMG.
S/4HANA experience strongly preferred (team is phasing out ECC).
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical details into business language.
Nice-to-Haves
CLM/REFX module experience (Contract Lease Management / Real Estate Flex).
Blackline (month-end reconciliations).
Debugging skills (non-developer, for issue identification).
SAP Cloud Platform knowledge & cloud-based financial tools experience (Ariba, Concur, Vertex, Fieldglass, Blackline).
Workflow & IDoc knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of SAP functional/configuration experience.
Strong background in FI and CO modules.
Experience with cloud-based SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA and related applications).
Exposure to integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., SD).
Experience with Agile methodology.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Native-level fluency in English.
