Job description
Lennar in Savannah is seeking a Sr. Entitlements Manager to lead all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities, coordinating with agencies, internal teams, and external consultants to secure plans and permits.
The role requires five+ years in entitlements and homebuilding, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage tight schedules and deadlines on site.
