Saw Operator (Full-Time)Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hourHours: 40–50 hours per weekWork Environment:Clean, safety-first facilityForging steel in a heavy industrial settingHands-on, team-oriented atmosphereKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain saw equipment to cut materials to exact specificationsInterpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine cut dimensionsSet up and fine-tune saw blades, guides, and stops for precisionMonitor cuts for quality and efficiency throughout the processInspect finished pieces, making necessary adjustments for accuracyPackage and prepare materials for shipment or further productionRequirementsMust be able to read a tape measure accuratelyStrong basic math skills for measuring and calculatingMechanical aptitude for equipment use and maintenanceAttention to detail for quality control and inspectionOverhead crane experience or certification requiredForklift experience or certification requiredExperience with milling machines or similar equipment is a plusNote: Additional duties may be assigned as needed.Benefits401(k) + matchingHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time offProfit sharingReferral programSchedule8-hour shiftsEvening, night, and overnight shifts availableOvertime and weekend work as neededLocation: On-site
