This role supports the production team by ensuring materials are prepared, measured, and processed according to work orders and quality standards.Job Type: Full-timePay: based on experienceSchedule: 2nd Shift — 3:30 PM to 1:30 AMDepartment: Production / FabricationReports To: Production SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesOperate horizontal and/or vertical saw equipment safely and efficientlyMeasure, mark, and cut materials according to job specificationsRead and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedulesInspect materials for quality, dimensions, and accuracyPerform daily equipment checks, basic maintenance, and cleaningUse forklift or pallet jack to move material (if applicable)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goalsRequirementsExperience operating industrial saws preferredAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic mathAbility to read blueprints or cut lists (preferred)Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedlyStrong attention to detail and safetyReliable with good attendanceWhy Work Here?Growing business with so much potential!
