First Command seeks a Vice President, SBA Program Director to lead the SBA lending function, drive growth, governance, and strategic execution. You will oversee origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and compliance with SBA rules, policies, and risk management requirements.Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, you will develop the SBA program, mentor a team, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure scalable, sound lending practices across the portfolio.
