Job description
Brown & Root Industrial Services in Louisiana seeks a Leadman to provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers in the work crew, assisting the Foreman while functioning as a journeyman. Builds, positions, and dismantles wooden structures per sketches, blueprints, or standards.
The role requires interpretation of blueprints, material handling, scaffold erection, safety adherence, and collaboration with supervisors on-site.
