Job description
FPC Franchise is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the scale-up from a pilot to a multi-site production network in Andover, MA. The role reports to the CEO and will oversee factory operations, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement.
Relocation is available for an executive with a proven track record in fast-growing, automated manufacturing environments and strong Lean and financial leadership capabilities.
