Job description
Scanning & Indexing ClerkDuration: 6 months with possible extension Schedule: M-F 7:30 to 4 or 8-4:30/ 40 Hours per weekScan high volumes of documents accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Review documents for completeness, legibility, and quality prior to scanning to ensure accurate record retention.Index and classify scanned documents using established naming conventions and filing procedures.Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure documents are properly categorized and easily retrievable.Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Identify and resolve document discrepancies, missing information, or scanning errors in a timely manner.Work collaboratively with team members to manage workflow priorities and support operational deadlines.Handle confidential company information in accordance with established policies and procedures.Organize, prepare, and track physical documents throughout the scanning and indexing process.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while supporting changing business needs and process improvements.Mail required documents to vendors for payment support.Key Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning and document management systems.Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards.Lifting boxes for storage as neededAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
