Job description
Scenthound is seeking a General Manager (Scenter Manager) for the Saginaw/North Fort Worth area. You will own store performance, lead a busy team, drive membership sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with autonomy and accountability.
Base salary is $55,000 with a performance bonus, aiming for on-plan total compensation of $60,000 to $70,000+. This full-time role requires early opens and Saturdays, with potential growth into an Area Manager position as the portfolio expands.
