Your work as a CNA Supervisor will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet by providing general supervision of CNA's, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to CNA's as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be a certified nurse aide in the state of Illinois in good standing.
