Scheduler I, Psychiatry – On-Site, Mon–Fri

Job description

The Scheduler I will support the Psychiatry Department at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. This is an on-site, full-time position, working Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include registers outpatients, collects co-pays, data-entry with high accuracy, and status updates for appointments. Collaboration with the LHMC Access Center is required to schedule patients and manage recalls.
