This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office daily. Relocation assistance is not available.

Mile High Multilingual Services (MHMS) is a Colorado-based language services company providing interpretation and translation solutions in more than 300 languages for healthcare, government, education, legal, and business clients nationwide.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Language Coordinator to manage interpreter assignments and support client requests. This role schedules in-person, video remote, and telephone interpretation services; communicates with interpreters and clients; resolves scheduling challenges; and maintains accurate records in our scheduling system.
This fast-paced, customer-focused position requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interpreter assignments
Communicate with clients and interpreters regarding service requests
Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
Maintain accurate scheduling and reporting records
Ensure compliance with client and company requirements
Support quality assurance and issue resolution efforts
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of accountability
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in scheduling, dispatching, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment

Pay range: $23.00–$26.00 per hour
