If you're a people person, problem-solver, and multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you. You'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly by supporting employees, coordinating schedules, and making sure staffing needs are addressed.What You'll DoCreate, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple locationsCommunicate with employees, supervisors, and management by phone and emailRespond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needsCoordinate coverage for open shiftsResolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approachMaintain accurate scheduling records and documentationWork with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needsUse Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google WorkspaceHandle confidential employee information professionallyWhat We're Looking ForFriendly, professional, and customer-focusedOrganized with strong communication skillsComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentCalm and solution-focused when things changeDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working with computers and office technologyProficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace preferredExperience in customer service, administration, scheduling, dispatching, hospitality, recruiting, call centers, or workforce coordination is a plusPay & BenefitsStarting Pay: $20.00/hourPay increase at 6 months and 1 year3% annual increase thereafterPTO begins accruing after a 60-day waiting periodConsistent Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM scheduleFull-time positionLong-term career growth opportunitiesWhy KRE Security?Our Scheduling Team is at the heart of our daily operations.
