Duration: 12-month contract with potential extensions
Schedule: 6x10s
Per Diem: $125/day
Pay Rate: $70-$80/hr
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support a large-scale construction program in Cameron, LA. This individual will be responsible for managing the master project schedule, integrating subcontractor schedules, coordinating timelines across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring critical project milestones remain on track.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex construction schedules within large industrial or mission-critical environments and previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Must-Haves:
5+ years of construction scheduling experience
Management, lead, or supervisory experience
Experience managing large-scale, complex construction schedules
Strong experience analyzing and maintaining master project schedules
Experience integrating subcontractor schedules into an overall project schedule
Ability to coordinate schedules and timelines across multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
Experience tracking project milestones, schedule progress, and critical deadlines
Background supporting large-scale projects within mission-critical, semiconductor, power generation, oil & gas, utilities, data centers, hospitals, industrial, or manufacturing environments
Ability to work onsite in Cameron, LA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze the overall master project schedule
Integrate individual subcontractor xzgxqkn schedules into the master schedule
Coordinate schedule requirements across subcontractors, project teams, and other stakeholders
Monitor schedule progress and track key project milestones
Identify scheduling conflicts, delays, and areas requiring coordination
Maintain alignment between subcontractor activities and the overall construction timeline
Support scheduling needs across a fast-paced, large-scale construction program
