Job description
As Site Director at G. Harold Antrim Elementary School, you will lead KinderCare’s on-site educational program, ensuring high-quality care and learning for school-age children. You’ll manage daily operations, supervise and coach staff, maintain licensing and safety compliance, and partner closely with school leadership and families. You’ll oversee curriculum implementation, enrollment, budgeting, and scheduling while fostering a nurturing, inclusive culture aligned with KinderCare’s standards and a strong focus on child development and family engagement.
