Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic support, mentoring, and encouragement to help students stay on track to graduate. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning team, you’ll deliver small-group and one-on-one tutoring, support classroom instruction, track student progress, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. You will collaborate with teachers, fellow AmeriCorps members, and school staff while developing your own leadership, communication, and professional skills.
