Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in Educational Services (Education, Training & E-Learning), you will serve full-time in partner public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, track student progress, and assist teachers with classroom activities. You’ll also mentor students, model positive behavior, and help lead after-school programs. City Year offers a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on social justice, leadership development, and professional growth, with ongoing training and coaching.
