What You'll Do
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing clinical guidance
Evaluate candidates during the hiring process to ensure strong clinical fit
Lead new hire orientation and facilitate Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
Conduct competency assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
Oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ensure high-quality ABA services
Partner with school staff and families to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
Ensure documentation and supervision meet BACB standards
Travel to school sites throughout Vista as needed
What You'll Bring
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinical staff
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to travel to school sites throughout Vista
School-based or special education experience preferred
CPI Instructor certification is a plus
