Job description
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based, onsite position with immediate start. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide both direct and consultative ABA services to students with autism in a school setting.
The role includes training staff, analyzing data, and collaborating with IEP teams to support student progress. The ideal candidate holds an ABA master’s degree, BCBA certification, and at least one year of school-based experience.
