Job description
Ro Health is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Massachusetts school-based team for the year and beyond. This role offers flexibility across multiple districts, with hours that vary per assignment and typically align with school schedules.
You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, train staff, participate in IEPs, supervise RBTs, and ensure BACB standards are met. Competitive pay of $55-$65 per hour accompanies opportunities for professional growth within Ro Health.
