Job description
Indianapolis Public Schools seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA-based supports across diverse urban schools. The role designs, implements, and supervises ABA programs, BIPs, and assessments to promote student outcomes and equity.
You will train educators and families, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with district teams to ensure fidelity to ABA practices and IDEA requirements. This is a district-wide, on-site role with travel between campuses.
