Job description
Health Connect America seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist to provide assessment, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention to students in partnered schools. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care; develop treatment plans; maintain timely documentation; and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and community partners.
