School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Pediatric Occupational Therapy Department in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services to outpatient and ABA learners as part of our interdisciplinary therapy program under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.ResponsibilitiesImplement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).Provide direct occupational therapy services to children under OT supervision.Assist children in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, play, and daily living skills.Collect data and monitor client progress toward established goals.Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, school staff, and families.Prepare treatment materials and support the implementation of individualized intervention plans.Educate and support families with home program activities as directed by the supervising OT.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, state, and payer requirements.Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.Demonstrate high integrity and adherence to the company's core values.Support a positive, collaborative, and learner-focused therapy environment.QualificationsAssociate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.NBCOT certification required.Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Must be energetic and enjoy working with children.Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.Why Work with Integrity?Competitive pay with opportunities for growth within the company.Paid continuing education, training opportunities, and professional development.Group Executive Coaching sessions led by a Columbia University Certified Level 2 Coach.Full Benefits Suite including:Health Insurance with access to Teladoc HealthNo Cost Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, and Life InsuranceAccess to a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health, wellbeing, and financial support resourcesVoluntary Short-Term Disability and Additional Life Insurance Coverage3% Retirement Match that vests immediatelyCompany-wide shutdown week between Christmas & New Year's.Generous vacation and holiday packageOngoing training, mentorship, and supervision from experienced Occupational Therapists.Locally Owned & Operated organization with leadership that cares about your well-being and work-life balance.The Integrity WayWe are a company of values.
