Job description

This full-time, flexible school-year contract role is ideal for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You'll have the chance to impact students with a range of needs, from mild to severe, across multiple school sites, ensuring every child receives the support necessary to succeed.
Desired Qualifications:
Current, active COTA license
IVP Fingerprint Card (required for consideration)
Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy (preferred)
Experience supporting students with varied abilities and needs
Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Core Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students across approximately three different sites in the district
Collaborate closely with supervising occupational therapists, teachers, and other school staff to implement therapy plans
Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust interventions as necessary
Support program development and create engaging, individualized activities to promote student success
Travel between school sites as part of an itinerant team
