Job description

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Active COTA certification in California
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement individualized intervention plans for students
Provide direct therapy services, utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote student independence
Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory requirements
Educate staff and families on therapeutic strategies to support student development across settings
Contribute to IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary planning
