Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at Kennedy Elementary. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. You will manage and coach staff, implement curriculum, maintain licensing and safety standards, and build strong relationships with families and school partners. The Site Director collaborates closely with KinderCare leadership, monitors enrollment and budgets, and fosters an inclusive culture that supports children’s growth and educators’ professional development.
