School-Based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Delano, CA | School Year
CareStaff Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time, school-based position in Delano, California for the school year . This is an excellent opportunity to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being while working as part of a collaborative educational team.
Position Details
Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Delano, CA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: April 1, 2027
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM PST
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $64-$67 per hour
Setting: School-Based
Student Population: Preschool through 8th Grade
Current Caseload: Approximately 14 students, with additional assessments that may increase the caseload
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and special education staff.
Develop intervention strategies to support student success and well-being.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
Qualifications
Active California LMFT License required.
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
School-based experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Active California LMFT License
Ability to work fully onsite
Must meet all district compliance and onboarding requirements
