Job description
Health Connect America, Inc. seeks a School Based Therapist to provide counseling and therapeutic services to children and adolescents within school settings and their families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with school staff, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams. The therapist will provide in‑school and community‑based services, maintain documentation, participate in case conferences, and support crisis intervention while promoting client‑centered, trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care and ongoing professional growth.
