Job description
Well Care Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Healthy Eagle Clinic in Austin, IN. You will provide primary and acute care, immunizations, health screenings, and collaborate with school staff to coordinate care plans.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with vacation, sick and personal time after probation. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and paid training.
