Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a School Based Nurse . Join our team today and help us continue our mission to positively impact the lives of children and communities across the nation!

nnRN nursing license
nCPR Certification
n nResponsibilities:
nnnPerform nursing assessments and clinical judgment for student health concerns
n
nnAdminister medications, treatments, and manage chronic conditions according to care plans.
n
nnDevelop, update, and oversee individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans.
n
nnCommunicate with families, physicians, and district nursing leadership regarding student health needs.
n
nnMaintain accurate health records, documentation, and compliance with state and district guidelines.
n
nnRespond to medical emergencies and coordinate care with EMS when needed.
n
