nPediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a school district in the Kyle, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills.
About the Role
nAs a school-based OT, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school-related tasks.

n Qualifications
nnMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy
nActive Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
nNBCOT certification preferred
nSchool-based or pediatric experience preferred
n Key Responsibilities
nnProvide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
nConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
nSupport students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
nCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families
nMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
