Job description
CFMC in Frankfort, KY is seeking a compassionate School-Based Optometrist to provide on-site vision care to students using a mobile clinic setup, traveling to multiple schools.
You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose pediatric conditions, coordinate follow-up care, and collaborate with school health staff. A Doctor of Optometry (OD) and Kentucky licensure are required; pediatric experience preferred; travel required.
