Job description
Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, NY is seeking a part-time School-Based Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric or Family NP) to deliver primary care in a school setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment under an established plan of care.
You will triage, educate families, order tests and referrals, document outcomes, and collaborate with the health care team while ensuring safety and adherence to vaccines and standards.
