Job description
Catholic Health is seeking a School-Based Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with expertise in chemical dependency to deliver onsite medical and behavioral health care to students aged 10–18. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support early intervention, treatment, and recovery in a school setting.
The role requires NP licensure in New York, board certification (PNP or FNP), and DEA license. Experience in SBIRT and adolescent health is highly valued.
