Job description
HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is hiring an RBT for the STRIVE program in Darlington, MD. You will support multiple students in a school-based setting, implementing individualized ABA strategies and collaborating with the special education team to promote positive classroom behaviors.
This role requires strong data collection, fidelity to treatment plans, and active participation in supervision and caregiver coaching.
