Job description

Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility for reciprocity)
Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting strongly preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Flexibility, dependability, and compassion when working with students of varying ages and backgrounds
Role Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic conditions
Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans for students with special medical needs
Serve as a liaison among students, families, school personnel, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with school policies and regulations
Promote healthy habits and disease prevention through educational initiatives
Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively
Support public health-related efforts across the school community
