Job description
Registered Nurse (RN)
Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare support at Fall Mountain High School. The School Nurse will provide daily nursing care to students, respond to illnesses and injuries, administer medications, and help promote a safe and healthy learning environment.

Job Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and first aid to students and staff
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor students with chronic health conditions and care plans
Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns
Maintain accurate health documentation and records
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
Promote health and wellness within the school community
Job Requirements
Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of New Hampshire
One year of clinical working experience within the last five years preferred
Current CPR certification required
Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred
Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
Must have reliable transportation
