Job description
Make an impact as a Registered Nurse supporting students' health in a vibrant educational environment. This contract opportunity offers a chance to provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults, working closely with staff and families to promote wellness and academic success.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Previous experience in school settings or pediatric nursing preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Capable of maintaining accurate health records and responding to emergencies
Professional, compassionate, and adaptable approach
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care and health services to students and staff
Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions in accordance with physician orders and school policy
Conduct health screenings and assess minor injuries or illnesses during the school day
Educate students and staff on health, wellness, and safety topics
Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to support student well-being
Serve as a health resource and advocate within the school community
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with state and federal health regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.31 to $52.31. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here . This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
