Job description

Qualifications:
Valid 310 School Social Worker certification required
Proven experience in a school-based social work setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
Ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate interventions and referrals

Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to students presenting with academic, social, or behavioral concerns
Develop and implement intervention plans to address student needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Serve as an advocate and resource for students and families navigating school and community-based services
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
