Job description
Empower students to reach their communication goals as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working with elementary caseloads. This flexible opportunity lets you choose full-time or part-time hours and begin work as soon as possible or for the upcoming school year. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings strongly preferred
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Ability to develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language assessments to identify student needs
Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including progress reports and IEP goals
Offer guidance and resources to teachers for integrating communication support into the classroom
Attend meetings, training, and professional development sessions as needed
