Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
Previous experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Comfortable providing both direct and consultative speech therapy services
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
Deliver therapy services-individual and group-in alignment with IEP goals and best practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, assessments, and student progress
Provide support and resources to classroom teachers, parents, and staff to foster student growth
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary assessments, and professional development opportunities
Stay current on advances in speech-language pathology practice within educational settings
