Key Qualifications:
Associate's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
Active SLPA licensure in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience working with children (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of therapy documentation and reporting procedures
Primary Responsibilities: Implement therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP
Assist with evaluations, data collection, and documentation
Support the development of student communication goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure cohesive support for students
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning
