Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
Eagerness to support students with diverse speech and language needs
Strong interpersonal communication with students, teachers, and families
Responsibilities: Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans
Provide direct and indirect services to students with communication disorders
Prepare instructional materials and adapt activities as needed
Collect data and document student progress
Collaborate with educational staff to support IEP goals
Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
